We act solely as a digital directory
We do not provide services, act as a broker, or generate leads
We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any listed business

All listings are created and managed by users or business owners.

3. Eligibility

To use Neargo360, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and lawful information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Use the platform only for lawful purposes
Avoid misuse, including:
- Fraudulent listings
- Misrepresentation
- Spam or abusive activity
- Uploading harmful or illegal content

You are solely responsible for your actions and content on the platform.

5. Business Listings

Listings are user-generated and may not be verified by Neargo360
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability
Users must conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any business

Neargo360 is not responsible for:

Quality of services/products
Pricing disputes
Misconduct, fraud, or negligence

6. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans may be offered after a 7-day free trial
All payments must be made in advance
Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise

By subscribing, you agree:

Payments are final and non-refundable
Services may be suspended for non-payment

7. Refund Policy

Neargo360 follows a strict NO REFUND policy.

No refunds will be provided after subscription
Users are expected to evaluate the platform during the free trial

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content including:

Logo
Design
Software
Branding

is the exclusive property of Neargo360.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Loss of business, revenue, or profits
Data loss or service interruptions
Disputes between users and businesses
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neargo360 from:

Damages
Legal disputes

arising from:

Your use of the platform
Violation of these terms
Misuse or unlawful activity

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Payment gateways
Hosting providers
Analytics tools

We are not responsible for:

Failures or errors from third-party services

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in:
Mangalore, Karnataka
